-If your staffs are long enough, try fully extending your hands while isolating, it gives a nice effect.
Wheel Plane (split time):
-Keep your staffs 180 degrees apart at all times
-Keep your isolated heads touching
Wall Plane (same time):
-Keep your staffs parallel at all times.
-Keep your heads isolated.
Additional notes: I'm only showing how to do an isolation where the thumb end is isolated. it's important to learn it with the pinky end isolated and both thumb/pinky isolation combos. It's also important to do opposite direction and reverse isolations.
