Posted: I have been messing with anti-spins and attempted to do one behind the back. It is proving to be almost physically impossible. I was wondering if anyone has successfully done such a move, and if so, any pointers?
The only way I can imagine that works, is if you do an antispin flower with an upward pointing petal, and form that top petal with an antispinning toss going from your native side to non-native side, and quickly swing your arm round the other way to catch it and continue the flower. Complicated and involves doing a blind toss and blind catch in an awkward spot, and I can't actually do it.
