Yup, i also think drinking water is the best thing against hangovers but you won't get much sleep because you'll have to use the bathroom pretty early

No...I wasn't suggesting that you drink hot cocoa to get rid of a hangover...I was suggesting you drink it instead of the alcohol, in the first place...and since you don't drink, you're alright, anyhow, Gidg!
Best thing for a hangover is to sleep it off...nothing else much is gonna work...altho it's a good idea to drink a glass of water between each alcoholic drink...keeps you from dehydrating as badly...and if you take a couple of aspirin before hand, it will usually keep you from having a headache the next morn...

I heard about drinking milk to coat the stomache before you start drinking. I have absolutely NO idea if it actually works though.

I've had times when I've just drank a couple of beers that I'd actually crave milk...
Hmm...different B vites do different things...so you need to tell your friend to be more specific...or you'll thwack them in the back of the head...
