I appreciate the timely and courteous response and I love my hula hoop. New Zealand is a long way away, so shipping took longer than I had anticipated."

Package got lost in the mail, HOP refeunded my money, so I could re purchase my items.

"I got the Levi wand and some poi balls. Levi wand is perfect for beginners and giving it a whirl for the first time in day time fun! And the more weighted poi with pod handles are wonderful for gaining more control and advancing into poi further. Love them both. But what I love even more is the service! My shipment was lost during covid 19 pandemic shutdown and they not only had great communication but immediately sent me another set no questions asked! Great company , so far very impressed!"
