I became an uncle at 14, so all I can say is enjoy it. And remember, the best thing about being an uncle is that when they scream, fart or poo you can just hand them straight back

congradulations!!!!! being an uncle is fun...I have a neice and a nefew and another on the way.....enjoy it....... like Dunc said you only have to deal with them when thier being cute and cuddly

I said that when my Great Nephew was born. My niece just rolled her eyes and said that her kid would NEVER spin fire. Just waite until the kid is old enough.

hehe thanks guys i am exstatic about it. i love kids and this will be awesome. i have begun to make a modified rattle. it will have a soft semisquishy handle with 2 links of dog chain seperating the handle from the rattle head so it can spin like mini poi. the head is made of a glow in the dark material so it charges up in sunlight. and its squishy and soft so he can chew it at his leisure. everything will be kept 100% safe and healthy. he will be the worlds youngest fire spinner.

i have heard poi poi® is a crappy company. i my self have never ordered from them and until i hear otherwise i dont believe i will... any way those are rather simple to make. thanks for the link and intention.

My girlfriend uses those... she's ickle so they suit her perfectly
PoiPoi aren't crap, they're not the best but cobra 1s are my favourite non-fire or glo-poi.
They're easy to make, but that's not really the point when you're buying practise poi... they're always easy to make.
What a wonderful miracle if only we could look through each other's eyes for an instant.
