My name is Jo, I like to flow, sometimes I go quite slow, I live a life of joy, just me and my 2 poi, spinning circles in the air, and taking care not to burn my long hair!

I'm a bit poo to be honest Mr Dave
My depression's relapsed so not only am i on me anti-depressants, I'm now on sleeping pills too. It's a steady diet of prescription drugs and doob that keeps me ticking along! I hate winter!!

Oh dear...
Winter is sh*te and I do feel like I could crawl under a tree and sleep till spring (which in england usually comes in about May)

sorry I haven't been about online much, my computer is all broken and I've been neglecting my friends but I am getting a new computer on monday so normal service shall resume!
I have all of the first 4 series of Monk and some of season 5 if you would like me to send you a copy once my new computer is up and running. I watched them all in a week and it made my brain go funny!
