Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

Morning all
Went to the beach after work yesterday with some friends, had cherry beer and chips
Then got a call from another friend asking if we wanted to go to the circus as she had FREE tickets. So we went to the circus. I got excited because she said it was circ du soleil, but it turned our to be circ surreal

small car hire from £20 per day but you may need up to a £500 deposit depending on the company although that practice is dying out a little now.
I can clear my overdraft
my bank offered me £2243 for my bank charges I'm gonna try and barter for a round £2500 that little extra could be important.

no real stress a lot of waiting around a bit of paperwork a lot less effort than you go through to earn £500 at work....
request 6 years bank statements (if they want to charge you you an claim it back)
go through looking for all charges (over overdraft and direct debit returns)and write down date, amount, and description on paper
send with covering letter to bank
they will confirm receipt of request within 14 days and make an offer within a max of 8 weeks you accept offer or you don't and either speak to them about another offer or refuse the offer and take them to court.
no stress really HSBC you can check your statements online so it's even easier just ask for online banking and your away

I slept too much. I went to bed around 23:00 and woke up an hour later than I should have, but my bed was extra extrs comfy this morning! I also had very weird dreams.
I dreampt that I was in my mom's house and she had too many fridges, and I kept laughing because I kept forgetting about them. Then I met a frind I hadn't seen in a long time and he suddenly had a twin...and I had to make them lunch, but couldn't decide which fridge to get the ingredients from.It was very random

that sounds like a great dream to me... i know i dreamt last night, but i got up too quickly to remember it.i just realised, it should be one year (plus or minus a few day) til i arrive in the UK

well i work till 9pm every night, and i only have an hour or two spare in the morning IF i can get up, im soooo tired ALL the time, ive tryed everything and doesnt work.
you got any ideas how i could work out again?
