Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

Hello peeps
busy weekend got a gig to do indoors with fire and glo and we can ACTUALLY spin fire indoors insurance is sorted space is good risk assessment sorted gonna be an exciting club night then finish there and off to a beltaine festival because I can't get a train home until sunday
gonna freeze my tits off with no camping gear over night A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

It was quite good thank you. Had WAY too much of a good time on Friday night/Saturday morning/Saturday afternoon, and spent Sunday lounging around and making soup.

went to a bar with a friend for a little on friday arvo, then went to a show at the comedy festival..we sat front row centre and ended up getting pulled up on stage
saturday i was going through city, saw a busker, then ended up going to her gig that night. she was an amazingly nice person and her music was wonderful
sunday, went to the city for a little with flynt, before going twirling.

glad to see you had a nice weekend, I had about 2 hours sleep on saturday after the club and going back to the beltane festival... yes tents are STILL cold, although not too hot in the mornings at the moment
