Hullo i'm new here but been poi-ing for a year .

Summer is arriving in Scotland (Slowly) and i go into a poi frenzy i'm going to move on to the fire and would appriciate a few courage tips to get me started also what firey poi's to buy.

I do like the shop here, i just luv the hairy lemon pois
