I have given two sets away as presents from previous orders to family members and they love them too. This set includes the sand bag weights. This is a fine product and the weight is just right. This set replaces an older set from years gone by which by the way are still functional. I just try to keep it fresh and new. They are light enough that my arms don't get tired but they don't get tossed in the wind. They don't tangle. The fabric is thick so I am not worried about tears. Best part take out the tennis balls and you can wash them. :)"

As well I found out there was a little hole built into each so if I wanted to change out the ball inside for something softer or more heavy I could. Nice little customization feature I haven't seen talked about at all. They spin very very well and have helped me greatly in learning my first few spin tricks. More so I tied a pair of loops at the end to go around my index finger to help with holding and the stitching is still holding up just fine! A good buy for any newbie to the spinning art!"
