Not a terribly fast set of poi but more slow and graceful. PERFECT for wraps tangles and isolations. Want to look good for your friends? grab up a set or two (for a friend or one as backup just in case) wrap em around your hands and start twirlin. youll be amazed at how good you can look! Easily cleaned and the best part is the ability to swap balls out in 2 seconds. So if your like me and wish to one day spin fire but know the weight is gonna be heavier than a tennis ball and would like to spin a slightly heavier set to slowly condition yourself to the heavier monkey fists These are the perfect transitionary tool. I have some stress balls the nice little squishy kind but firm gel and ill tell you they are AWESOME!!! more momentum with less OW MY FACE! All in all an abolutly marvelous item."
