Fairly hard contact roll that goes under both arms. Can also be started from the opposite shoulder.
You need to bend right over to get the staff all the way under your arm. If your having trouble try bending your knees a bit.
As you move back you can add momentum to the staff so it makes it round to the next shoulder.
And keep trying! it takes ages to get this move clean (i hadnt got it down yet in this video) so loads of practice is necessary. Once you've got it try seeing how many in a row you can do to tidy it up.
