Just a quick question needing a quick (but preferably explored and expanded) answer.

I've heard all about these 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 etc etc beat weaves but never a four. Does a fabled 4 beat weave exist, if so what does it look like?

This statement is false...?

Its lop sided.

One side is the same as the 5 beat, the other is the same as the 3 beat.

The 6 is actually the same.

Theres a term to describe weaves like this but I've forgotten what it is, but you can do a 3 beat weave by doing a 5 beat weave motion on one side and a 2 beat weave motion on the other as well.

Oh... so it's half and half which adds up to four. Then my awful skill with 5 beat weaves has led me to doing 4 beat weaves. Thanks!

Or, you can play with polyrythms and get it looking better. I forget which thread that is in though....

"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "Or you wouldn't have come here."
