Name: Online I always use VelvetBat when referring to myself. I often call myself offline VelvetBat too. But the name that my parents gave me is Debbie.

Occupation(s): Nothing yet.. I hope to set up a webshop with my own cybergothic clothes within a few years.

Favorite Color(s): Black, combined with any of the following colours: neon green, neon pink, royal blue, white, silver.

Toys: veil poi (they arrived yesterday, I only have a practice kit and I need to buy the veils, so I am a complete newbie!)

Hobbies other than the obvious: sewing, dancing, photography, making dreads, webdesign, and asian ball jointed dolls.

Favorite Book(s): I don't know their titles in English, but I like a lot of fantasy books from Michelle Bradly Zimmer and Anne Rice, and random other authors.

Lol, that is really weird indeed. But to be clear: I meant the vanilla taste with little chunks of chocolate. Does it have a different name in English?

@CaffeinatedKatie: for what I can find with youtube, is that flags are a bit different. With veil poi, you have a large veil (like the bellydance veil) tugged onto the poi. To me, it seems like flags are smaller. But I am a really big newbie to this all, so I can also be wrong. wink
And I like other styles of poi as well, so I am not only concentrating on veil poi. Now I am just exploring the world of Poi.
