I dunno, People have remarked that you never know what people are really like until they've been pushed to the extremes. I have always found that Sci-fi, fantasy and horror have been the best medium for exploring humanity at both its best and worst because the extremes are even further than what would normally experience in real life and even with real life atrocities we have become far too desensitised these extremes that we cannot really be objective about them anymore.

So to say that the Zombie thing isn't worthy of discussion seems a bit unfair (as a compromise it IS in Social Chat, not social discussion) at least it's not inundated with new threads about ages-old topics such as music... This topic has at least shown that in a time of crisis we can pool our resources and intellect together to help each other out, and most interestingly our eagerness to sate deep-rooted bloodlusts in the name of survivial...

In terms of not having a life, some of us have jobs where our only release IS talking crap on these boards...

Then I would have feelings of regret that they will have insufficient consciousness to have their warped belief system deconstructed with quiet readings of the Koran... shrug

The answer is: I'm more worried about how they got into the lightbulb in the first place. wink

Ever listened to the lyrics of a BloodHound Gang song Joe?

Interestingly enough, there's some hystericly funny, witty stuff in there. Some parts subtle, others totally crass.

Hardly zomber-riffic. Now rave/dance music... that's a tad zombie friendly.

Play limbo...

You aren't thinking or really existing unless you're willing to risk even your own sanity in the judgment of your existence.

Zombies listen to Mozart obviously, *puzzled look* how could you think otherwise, just because they're dead inside, doesn't mean the like songs that remind them of that fact, I mean all the zombies i've known have been really sensitive about their 'condition', I don't know what zombies you're talking to, but I don't think that they are an accurate representation of the zombie population as a whole.

cause the air outside will make
our cells divid at an alarming rate
until our shells simply cannot hold
all our insides in, and thats when we'll explode
and it won't be a pretty site.

I think you're being a bit too sensitive about your zombie friends, they're not gonna fall to pieces every time they remember they're dead...

what can I say, can I help it if all the 'living impaired' people i have known haven't liked to talk about their condition, or like to be reminded about it, and when you talk about them falling to pieces, thats even worse, can't talk to them for weeks, they go to their graves and won't come out for days on end, until they get a bit peckish.

Ill make sure to tell them not to read this thread, with all the incensitive comments, and silly assumptions. They are really a very misunderstood phenomenon.

It's no wonder, do you know how hard it is to match a foundation to that sort of skin tone?
