Actually...Scotland'd be the first place I'd head if I was going over there...
A good mate of mine lived over there for about 4 years... (in Scotland).
The only reason I'd visit England would be to visit my oz bro in Herefordshire (sp?).. oh and of course the lure of certain ghosty bits.
Oh... and maybe to visit some mates too
