Here it is folks, you've been incredibly patient, and let's be honest, you knew we wouldn't let you down.

Fal5 will not be taking place in Falmouth, instead the ever resourceful Ms Maus has secured us a sweeet spot to stay. It's a little further west, but be sure it's worth the tiny bit of extra effort.

The dates are Friday 14th April - Monday (Tuesday) 17th (18th) April.

We will be staying here and that means we will be spending a lot of time on this beach.

Campsite checks in at the bargain price of £4 per person per night, and they have the usual shower/toilet blocks.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO TELEPHONE THE CAMPSITE TO BOOK

The Wiki list (so's we know who's coming) is here

Nearest town and train station is Hayle so make sure not to go to my house by mistake, as I won't be there. biggrin

Any questions?

HoPpers with NO DREADS?!?!

Well, Dub started to introduce the "I am Not a hippy, look at my head" principle, and Headlice may even finish the job.

If you ignore Star's advice though.

She's clever.

I'm not. frown

No good for dreads though. Unless you cut them off and treat and sew them back in later for instant dreads. With some felted ones as well.

But no sympathy for the headlice. It's total war!

Hope I haven't been invaded, but I successfully wiped out an infestation in my dreads 5 years ago when I was working at after school kids club, so I'm not too worried about having to cut them off. Bleaching between treatments probably made a huge difference.

You hear that crawly buggers? I'm going to dissolve your asses! Ssssss!

I dont fear lice. i have a garenteed way of getting rid of them
1. Drenched my hair in vinegar, put a shower cap on and left it for 30 minutes then rinsed. Vinegar kills the lice.

2. Put shaving cream (Barbosol-the foamy kind) on my head for 30 minutes then rinsed. Shaving Cream kills the eggs.

3. Then I made my own homemade lice killer and preventer:

15 drops Eucalyptus
5 drops marjoram
5 drops rosemary
5 drops lavender
5 drops peppermint
3/4cup. pure unscented coconut oil (before melting)
1/4cup. dread soap/shampoo

I lathered, left on for 30 minutes, and washed out with more dread soap.

It worked wonders. All of those essential oils are supposed to kill the lice and coconut oil prevents lice. Plus it gets rid of the vinegar smell.

If anyone wanted to go the chemical route, things containing Malathion are working well at the mo apparently. Avoid Phenothrin or permethrin as you'll just be wasting your money. Oh and if you asthmatic, make sure you get a lotion without alcohol smile

Oh, and if anyone's wondering why it's taken me so long to post after getting home, it's because I've been sleeping. More wink

Got to my local train station at about 12:00 yesterday (After Jake dropped me off just one stop up the line, so huge thanks to Jake hug ), phoned home, and found that no-one was there, so I had to carry all my stuff up to the top of the Malvern hills. When I got home (at about 2:00) I promptly fell asleep, until I woke up and had some breakfast, and then I fell asleep again biggrin

Am now ready to start putting some photos in my gallery.

i do, but not from when it had a 100 spinners in it, because it was only after my poi burnt out... when i'm feeling less lazy, i'll stick them on my website and post the link. I have no gallery space here either...
