you know the option that says "turn on what i'm listening to", well its selected but no track info appears on the personal message space. can anyone shed some light on to this please??

As far as I know, that option only works with Windows Media Player or iTunes. If you're using something like winamp it's not going to work.

on you media player do you have a litle green face next to the track time?

if not

you need to turn on the msn 'plug in' in media player

biggrin

To activate the plugin, go to:
View>Plug-ins>Other>Msn Messenger Music Plugin

If the title and menu bar isnt there, hit the little down arrow next to the minimize/maximise/close buttons.

I'm not certain if it comes as standard or not, i think it does, but if not, you should be able to download it somewhere.
