Well hello there,
My name is Jo, I like to flow, sometimes I go quite slow, I live a life of joy, just me and my 2 poi, spinning circles in the air, and taking care not to burn my long hair!

it was quite messy. I ended up with sunflower oil in my belly button for weeks afterwards!! In fact, i still secrete it. Best egg butty we've ever had though!!!

this is true - personally i think carrots are the way forward - nice and traditional but they certainly to the job - parsnips are always too thin near the tip and can break etc at akward times. then again for the more exotic there are always hamsters and gerbils .......
