I had a FANTASTIC time at Clapham yesterday! And I learned a lot.

I learned:
* That the reason I can't get isolations is because my sock poi aren't right for the move and, thus...how to do an isolation.
* What Frodo looks like without his pants on (and what his...um..."hobbit" looks like from up close! eek)
* That Mr. Chutney and I seem to have identical bladder capacities.
* That Pink...? is quite ticklish. Especially on her sides, under her arms, on her right knee (watch out for the left one; that's where she had the operation) and ESPECIALLY on the bottoms of her feet. But don't tell anyone or she'll kill me. devil
* What it's like to actually meet Dom after having chased him over half the globe for 2 years.
* That Durbs is even cuter than I thought he'd be. biggrin
* That SmallGirl is, in fact, teensy.
* That Adam (dsads) hasn't changed one bit in 2 years.
* That Will is only 19, even though he doesn't look a day younger than 37 (which isn't old! Just ask Monty Python!) wink
* That, although Bovril is the nicest guy in the world, he's capable of walking right past a clueless-looking dude wearing a shirt that says "Ann Arbor, Michigan" on it and a backpack with a staff sticking out of it without saying a word. biggrin
* That GothFrogette loves being picked up and swung around. Furthermore, in spite of the spikey things sticking out from around her mouth, it doesn't hurt to kiss her. kiss
* That 2Bags seems to have a thing for teenage girls. eek
* That C@ntus and Pink like to txt each-other even though they are only a few feet apart.

*That the London HOP crowd is an AMAZING bunch of people and that I do, in fact, have "tons of friends" in London. Malcolm, thanks to you, my friend!

Hello everybody! wave

Just wanted to say thankyou for making me feel very welcome yesterday when Surfer Troll and I turned up knowing no-one. You're all beautiful people.

And i learned some new spinning tricks and felt greatly inspired by the wealth of talent about... maybe next time i see you I'll have more than 4 tricks to play with!

We had a lovely afternoon, thank you HOPpers! peace

Hey, I'm capable of walking past pretty much anything, I drift off into my own little world when I'm wandering about.
It's the only way I get to see the unicycling stoats and marshmallow trees wink

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

It was a lovely day! I'm sorry I didn't get to chat to more of you, there were so many people there it was all a bit bewildering. It's great being able to put some names to faces now, although I can hardly remember anyone's real name. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Well, I'll definitely be back some future Sundays, when the weather's good. I may even begin turning up at Spitz. I promise I'll stay later next time too, I never got to see much fire.

Thank you all for being such nice, welcoming people. Sure I'll meet some of you again some time. hug
