um, i woke up late, had a grapefruit and some yoghurt at about 1pm . . .
if that's breakfast, then the coffee, slice of cake, and couple of marlboro lights that I had at 4pm must have been lunch

I had a tomato, cheese and ham toastie... with coleslaw, bizarrely. A free blob of coleslaw came with it. I was disturbed, and then I ate it.
My brain is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, but unfortunately not as tasty.
