Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

aaaaaah SHOUTS THING LOUDLY got fetus on my sofa, nate just turned up yesterday and I have about 2 minutes of spare time left this week
it's all going crazy !!! and biodome last night rocked.. again A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

YES!!! Get in!! I convinced another two people to come to Southern Lights today. They got their tickets today! :bouce: One of them is the lady who gave me my first pair of Poi all those years ago!

Dont get me wrong...I like the taste of coffee, I have one when i'm cold and I go for decaf because that stuff plays havok with your body. It's not right
You wont believe this guys...I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose and a sore throat..I'm coming down with something!! I've dosed myself up with as many vitamins and minerals i could get my hands on, but I'll be honest, I'm not feeling great

get yourself steamed up tonight and eat some tomatoes they have some good stuff other fruits don't that are great for colds. I also have the daddy of hayfever medicine which aids in decongestion although it's technically prescription asthma medicine it could work A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.
