Thats some smooth as spinning, i really like your amount of differant stalls, they make real great transitions

Here's my criticism but I'm not sure if it anys use? I probably need external view points. Most of it I just have to solve with practice (I hope). Any tips / hints / Places to explore.
I've never seen anyone critisise there own video. Is there a reason for this? Is it not the done thing? I can always come back and edit this post I guess

b) i think you're right about the huge number of stalls, they're all nice but a little repetitive after a while. Maybe do some more varied stuff (which i have seen you do ), like antispin,leg stuff, strange & wonderful airwraps, body wraps, etc..

i love those stalls. they are the things that will make me remember this vid and will be the reason i keep it and later on the reason i watch it a lots of times again (to learn them >_< )

Spinning: To me it seems that you are spinning from the "tip of your toes". Try to balance more (Tai Chi for example). Bend your knees and try to turn around your spine
... and probably find someone who is not explaining Tai Chi via the internet

only criticism i have is the same as the rest of the crew about the stallss. u certainly have got em sorted but it did get a bit repetitive for a bit there. other than that tho, your were rockin! inspired me to go n whip the old handycam out i think!
