Well, howdy folks!!

Thought I'd just say Hi to you all and introduce myself... as you do....

My name's Ed. wave

Time to re-do this intro page, methinks...

Well. I'm now Older than my Teeth, but not quite as old as my Fingernails... also known as 23.

I have many interests. I have OCCJD (Obsessive, Compulsive Contact Juggling Disorder wink ) I spin poi, Attempt a bit of Staff, I devilstick... I've recently discovered the Joy of Urban Dance, and am trying to incorporate it into my Contact Juggling... Illusion is Great! I like straight lines. I like robotics. I like isolation, and I Love with a capital 'L' Hugs!! I love to be silly and play, after all, that's what Life is all about. I love to learn and experience new things, and am constantly Striving to improve my spinning/manipulation. I love to use '...' way too much... biggrin

My Taste in Music is quite extensive... I like pretty much everything, from Metal to Hip Hop, Psytrance to Blues. My favourite at the moment is chilled out electronic music, anything with a funky beat to dance to. Can't really pick out a specific band or group, as I like too many of them...

As for film interests, I like things that make me scared. ANd things that make me laugh... and especially films that make you lean your head to one side, whilst doing this: umm and saying Huh? to yourself for the first hour or so, and then suddenly Click! it all makes sense.

I love to drink lots of tea, not really a coffee person, but now and again is cool. I challenge you to make Coffee to my Specifications!!

As for the Damn Marmite, Vegemite, Nutella question... They're all OK I wouldn't go so far as to favour one... I believe in equal opportunity and all that... However, none come close to a cup of Chai with a double Brandy in it... biggrin

I can be found in many places, Mainly in Guildford during Academic Holidays, At in Hull during term times, For I am in my second year of studying Spanish at Uniservity. I have recently found I have a penchant for hanging out with some weird, juggly, spinny people in Hastings, and can now and again be found there for a week or two of silliness and spinning...

So yeah, That's what I do. I'm also Sweet and Innocent.

I got paid £50 for juggling today... Well, technically, my juggling society got paid £50 for me juggling for 3 and a half hours today...

Are you forgetting the half hour I did, and the time George spent there? We deserve some credit in obtaining aforementioned 50 quid.

you mean, the half hour you did before the thing opened, and the brief spin Georgina did before heading off for her lecture? I don't think that really counts... wink

Yes I had a fantastic, typical Family Christmas!! umm

Dad and stepmother arguing constantly, My dad deciding to leave my Stepmother, Me getting shouted at for every little thing, not being able to do right from wrong... just like Christmas is supposed to be... well, for me, anyway... frown I hate christmas, solely for this reason. The best part was spending most of my time around Colin J's house avoiding having to be in the same house as my parents... smile My popping has improved ten fold because of this...

So if I've been ignoring people, grumpy, and to be honest, a bit crap, it's nothing personal, Christmas holiday is just my 'Downtime'. (Steph, I'll catch up and have a lovely chat with you soon, and tell you all about it, I promise) Now for the next fantastic thing: new year umm I think I'll avoid my family if I can... and spend it with friends instead...

But, on the plus side, I get more aerotech toys! Woo hoo!! biggrin

I'm opting for three Purple/yellow balls. That way, I can juggle them, and make glow sock poi out of them as well! biggrin I just hope the £50 price tag applies to Balls with the UV LEDs in them...

*Sits in corner*

PS: Sorry Tam, I wasn't having a go at you, I didn't mean it to sound that way... hug

New year was very cool. I went to a party at one of my friends' houses. Me and him have never really been Chatty and 100% comfortable around eachother, but after new year, I think that has now changed... smile I think I've found another good friend.

I had some more hypnotherapy today, This time, to completely stop smoking. I went in gagging for a cigarette, and came out desperate to do some CJ... Which was nice... I think it could actually work for certain. Instead of the whole telling your brain that smoking is bad, making you feel guilty for it, making it taste bad etc. he used a different approach. The part of my subconcious that says 'Smoke', he gave it a different job, so to speak.instead of it telling me I need to smoke, it's telling me I need to play with some toys, or spend time with loved ones, or do something productive. My Mum's boyfriend (Harry) said that he would do it for my friend who is a borderline alcoholic and see if it has the same results... He's never made somebody quit alcohol before, so he wants to see how it will work, use him as a 'Guinea pig' so to speak... Hell, Hypno for free, that's pretty cool, but I think I'll wait until he turns round and says: I want to quit drinking. that way, he won't think he's being forced to do it, but instead it'll be more like he WANTS to do it, and that should make the chances of success greater...

I feel good today. biggrin Hugs all round. hug
