Posted:1. I want and will probably get the Dieux du Stade 2008 calendar. Now all I need is a safe place to hang it since I'll be lodging with a 6-y-old and her dad for a few months and all the naked French rugby players may not go down too well. Maybe I should wish for another calendar to put on top of it between 8am and 8pm or so. I could have a day and a night calendar. That would be sweet.

2. A peaceful Christmas. Due to exceptional familiar circumstances this may, for a change, be happening this year, though I'm taking the boyfriend to Germany to add an element of surprise (he's generally peaceful though, so there is hope). To see family and some friends.

3. My thesis to be written up and the move to go reasonably smoothly. The German trains to stop their strike by the time I arrive so I can get home without big fuss for a change. NO FOG OVER LONDON this year thank you very much.

4. Viggo Mortensen, Sean Bean, Gerry Butler, Jonathan Rhys-Myers and Christian Bale with a spray cream can and a bowtie (and no, Doc, if you're reading this, I ain't sharing).

5. A surprise. Or two.

4 out of the 5 will be fine, Santa, and I know which one you'll probably leave out anyway. biggrin

I do know what I am getting for Chrissie this year already though.

My family are putting in to get me a new nebuliser (sounds rather odd I know but I asked for it as my old one is not so portable and is getting rather old)

I also want some other stuff, but they come out during next year so I won't talk about them here. Squid, when's the baby due?

Ahat's a nebuliser?

It's a portable-ish device for asthma and bronchial-related sufferers which transforms liquid into gas and forces it through a tube into a mask for the wearer to breathe in. Incredibly useful but a bit cumbersome to carry around.

I don't think I need much this year except for Christmas to be peaceful this year. Every year prior it has been great but there's a lot more family division and tension this year frown

A Concentrate glow staff would be nice though... biggrin

It also explains why they come in little boxes now instead of the paper pouches.
Have you played "Before I Kill You Mr. Bond"? It is awesome and it is simply mandatory to use funky voices when you say stuff like "Before I kill you Mr. Bond, tell me, do these pants make my butt look big?"

So funny!!!!!!

I forgot to mention, my big christmas wish, more work on my tattoos. *le sigh*

Kill Dr. Lucky is my third fav, and Huzzah! is my second...but mostly because I work Ren Faires so it's funny on lots of levels for me.
