  Posted: First, excuse my bad english. I'm playing Poi two or three months ago, and I've seen people who holds two poi's with only one hand, doing a lot of tricks really incredible. (throwing it, or passing it under legs, etc...) I'm interested in learning this technique, but there's no information in "homeofpoi".

  Posted:Check out the one hand butterfly in the Poi Lessons. Also check the Simon Marquis webpage. The link is here somewhere... But if you don't master 2 hand moves, don't try them with 1 hand, cause it's much harder. Hope that helps!!!
