"I bought this as my first practice dart since I started getting into flow and such. It is of nice quality and the monkey fist is very tight and well done. The rope was a little long for my height but I cut it down and it worked great. I did end up putting two old socks over the knot for two reasons. Hitting myself in the head hurt and I do it on concrete and it caused the rope to fray a little. Other than that awesome product. P.S. The rope is super bright orange."

"Well this is my first ropedart ever so I cant draw a comparison but.. I like it a lot. It has a great weight (I play the small monkeyfist poi this head is a little bit smaller I think) for spinning and shooting the weight is not so great on the other hand if you hit yourself - I managed to hit myself 3 times over the last 4 days in *exactly* the same spot on my leg and I do have the mother of all bruises - seriously be prepared ;) Im just saying this to bring home the point that this is a weapon. Yeah its bright orange but its a weapon. Someone reviewed that if hit in the temple it would be able to knock out.. I have to agree. But this comes with the territory (physics rather but wth). Nevertheless - FUN! I tied two knots in to shorten the rope a bit and oiled the rope to reduce the possibility of ropeburn (preventative). Buy it (great quality) but be aware - this is no safe ropedart (not like sockpoi) this is equal parts weapon and toy. Have fun be safe!"
