Pink fuzzy poi
"Not really as 'forgiving' as I expected - more or less as hard as the glow poi I've got and it still hurts when I whack myself (maybe we need some 'beanbag' core poi for the serious noobity-noobs?) although with poi I guess this is to be expected! They are ridiculously cute though so the fun factor of twirling fluro pink fluffballs certainly helps to balance this out. They are MUCH fluffier in real life - less like pom poms and more like miniature Cousin It's :D :D :D Would have preferred one of those slide-tag things to adjust length of string but will survive. All rings/loops seem to be of VERY secure metal so no fear that this thing will fall apart on me very soon like some other poi I've used!!! Quite reasonable shipping (seven days from NZ to Australia) cute little bag. The fur does shed quite a bit so I'll be sure to store these poi carefully when not in use."

They hardly tangle and do hippie-poi tricks really well. "Awesome strings for po Nick is right! Definitly perfect for hyperloops. I would put those strings on all my pair of non fire pos. Just make sure to burn the 2 ends of your piece of colecord to ensure it is not going to fall apart slowly. PS: I want more colours! :)"

Great for practice
"These little suckers are amazing! The lighting is superb not quite as spectacular looking as a chemical glow stick but way better looking than an LED glow stick. The ambient glow these put off looks so good! They are durable as a beginner level poi spinner I still hit myself quite often and these really don't hurt one bit. Before I got these I was using tennis balls on strings and this is much better! It looks so much cooler hurts a lot less and makes spinning much more fun!"

These light weight yet heavy duty strings are amazing for many high beat tricks iso's wraps etc. The only problem was that they were pre cut so didnt have much to work with or experiment with"

Only problem I had was making the knots tight enough so they dont come apart. Its best to tie several knots next to each other to keep this from happening."

Best I've found so far...
"This is my second set of fire poi and I was very pleased with the construction and slick appearance (on fire and off) of the monkey fist knots. Only minor nitpick would be the leather grips which have a Home of Poi tag sewn between the loops that I don't much like because I'm not big on branding. When I cut off the tags the loops make a squeeky sound when swinging the poi but it's not severe. Also not the highest grade leather I've ever seen but plenty good for the job."

"These came just in time considering that the oi class that I registered starts today! They're REALLY stretchy which is cool! They look really hypnotic when you spin them especially against a black or white background and under a black light! They don't have any handles but I'll have to experiment with some knots cuz there's a lot of sock to work with. The only thing I don't like about these is the nylon is thicker than I thought it would be. I can't do the infinite orbitals that I so love. I get maybe three or four rotations before they bunch up!"
