Set up
Rotate Rope Dart anti-clockwise in the front plane
Lift right leg and allow dart to pass under.
Stall the Rope Dart and then quickly release with your right hand and re-grab the Rope Dart above the knee.
Rope dart now rotates clockwise in front plane again.
When it get to the left hand side grab the rope
below the loop with your left hand as you continue spinning in the front plane
The Kick
At the height of its spin in the front plane, begin spinning with arm low so dart travels behind the back.
Catch with right foot and kick as you release the loop in your left hand.
