A goofy flower refers to one arm being antispin and one arm being normal spin. This is accomplished by either spinning the poi chase and the arms butterfly, or the poi butterfly and the arms chase.
Tips/Hints
Stepping back opens up your hips. Step back with the leg that is on the side of the arm that is back
