Frenchy is a workshop leader, hoop dance teacher, event organiser, stilt walker and arts practitioner with over 15 years experience of performing and working with challenging young people and 10 years experience of fire and circus arts and manipulation.

that was more like an in-spin flower, not anti-spin. If your hoop is spinning counter clockwise, then you need to spin your arm clockwise.
