Start slow with this one! It will burn, but after awhile you'll get used to it. Remember to tame body hair before attempting. BE SAFE

So are you using Coleman's white gas? I was very close to some performers once who had their can of fuel out during their tracing routine (to re-dip their torches), and I could swear it smelled more like rubbing alcohol or maybe moonshine(?). Do you know anything about this?

Also, is this the same fuel for creating fuel trails on the skin and then lighting them? Thanks for all the info! Would love to see more tutorials on tracing. smile Cheers!

Fire eating tricks are done with the same fuel that you use when actually eating the fire. In the USA, that's usually Coleman's Camp Fuel.

As a general rule, you should NEVER use multiple fuels on any of your fire props! Even if all the 'other' fuel burns away, or even if the prop is rinsed or cleaned, the leftover chemicals from the combustion of the fuel will remain, and can be EXTREMELY toxic! Definitely something you don't want to put in your mouth!

I realize that this is a bit of an old post, but I thought that was a very important point to make! Have fun and BE SAFE!
