Posted: Hello, I found this site in my search for a teacher. I know there are a lot of videos out there to teach the skill of poi but I learn so much better first hand so I have been trying to find a teacher in Vermont ever since. I have been practicing, or trying to practice with a set of poi I purchased ages ago but as I said, learning from a video isn't doing much.
I live way out in the boonies of northwestern Vermont, which is in new england of the united states.
Mostly I am here to learn and hopefully connect with someone willing to teach me this awesome art form.
For anyone who might know Vermont I live about 40 minutes north of saint albans, which is 30 minutes north of burlington.
And Nutella is awesome. I used to love Marmite on Twiglets back when I lived in England and the Isle of Jersey but in later years i've become much more of a Nutella fan.
