I'm just getting into poi spinning and would like to get a set of contact poi. What I'm wondering is whether or not I should use a poi head with a swivel? I'm planning on getting either the px3 or lanternsmith handles for swivels, but I've not really gotten into orbitals / other techniques requiring / benefiting from swivels yet, so I'm not sure how vital the head swivels would be. I've noticed that a lot of the contact poi sets on the market lack these - do they get in the way when doing arm wraps / etc?
tl/dr, what are the pros & cons of head swivels for contact poi? thanks!
