I'm not technically relearning in that i'm going back and learning things i should probably already know.
I'm talking about forward 2 beats with my weaker hand, reverse 2 beats, split time butterfly and other things i just never learned. I think skipping this is a product of me spinning 99% on my own and just figuring stuff out and not worrying about balance between sides.

right now for me, while spinning with a newcomer to poi joys... I realized I struggle with the basics, even feel like I can't figure them out, struggled to not spin into something too technical for a beginner, stumped! seems like you have a pretty much same perspective as me and it will just sharpen the skills is my feeling...
