This is another tutorial in my Rope Dart and Meteor Hammer series. For those who haven't heard of the Rope Dart or Meteor Hammer it's essentially a 3-5m length of rope or chain with a striking object attached to the end. The difference between a Rope Dart and the Meteor Hammer are the objects attached to the end. The Rope Dart contains a knife or dart on the end where as the Meteor Hammer contains a metal sphere.
The Reverse Elbow strike consists of the user manipulating the rope with their elbow in order to propel a lethal backwards strike!
