If anyone's interested, we're finally starting to make some headway on a viable / portable prop programming gui application:

It's still quite basic and initially we're just working on support for hyperlights. Over time we're hoping to add other props into the mix. It already makes programming props that much easier (much better than having to run shortcuts from the start menu!).
