Posted:Just an update, three weeks ago I found myself in a bad spot, 204 pounds and about 40 pounds more than i had previously worked so hard to accomplish before. So I bought a ten dollar a month gym membership, started running, and eating healthy. Now, i weigh 194 and still dropping, I can feel my body getting back in shape, and i am doing alot better in the gym than 3 weeks ago im also hoping my poi performance will continue to improve as i get more in shape as i do consider it an athletic hobby. Its been life changing and has helped me put my life on the track where i always knew it should be, my goal weight is 165 and im doing p90x to help me get ripped. Anyone with me on this?
