Nice stuff. Good use of isolations, too.
I think I would agree with the above poster that moving around your "stage" would be better, as well as increasing the range of your posture (work in some lunges and crouches and such).
Also, as a matter of personal taste, you start with a simple atomic, but don't seem to do much with your planes after that. I'm not saying you should get all funky like G (though I dig that sort of thing), but definitely revisit some of the plane funkiness along the way.
