Welcome!

What martial arts do you practice?

"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "Or you wouldn't have come here."

I was practicing Judo, Shotokan Karate and Kobudo (also Tai Chi, but not everybody considers it a martial art).
Right now I practice FCS (filipino martial arts) which includes different styles of Arnis, Escrima, Kali, Boxing and so on. We're mainly fighting empty hand, stick and with knives.

Nice combination. I do Goju-Ryu and have done a smattering of Aikido.

FCS sounds ineresting, but not going to find anything in South Africa. frown

Goju-Ryu tends to be a lot more circular and slightly closer in.
It is Okinawan, as opposed to Shotokan, which is Japanese. Unless I have my wires crossed somewhere.
