You have a theremin? I so want to try learn that, just for kicks....

And Catch-22 was a very good book, I agree.

Welcome to HoP!

FireTom: i have been meaning to get a decent representation of my arts online, one of these days... that 'confused' icon = i was like, questions? questions! aaahhh! some of these are weird questions. haha

thanks for the welsomes ! and Yeah, theremin is an awesomely difficult instrument, but so interesting and fun. i love the mass of questioning people approaching me after we play a show.

my band is called petal blight, we're on myspace and facebook so far. wrapping up recording a demo, so some good recordings should be up soon! we have a female vocalist, set drums, tribal drums, guitar, upright bass (he also plays bass guitar) post-rock would be the genre, i guess.

nice tune. i wouldnt exactly call it post rock, not building and climactic enough - but its just one song. look forward to better recordings.
feel free to have a look at my old band: spungos wingged warriors.
people called it post rock too. all instrumental tho.
post rock to me has always been like Isis and Pelican and them, but we werent like them at all really!
