The Not Quite Pittsburgh Juggling Festival is only one month away -- and it's going to be a blast!
The show lineup so far features Mark Hayward, Bob Nickerson, Jeremy Stanley, Benjamin Lipman, Nicholas Aikens, Mike Patsch, Robert Curtis, Kathy Doutt and Stephen Doutt. If you want to join them in our show, please contact us!
Committed vendors are In the Spin Juggling (Sky King), The Golden Jester (Bill Coad), All in J.E.S.T (Kathy Doutt) and the Quaker Valley Middle School Juggling Store.
The fest, sponsored by the Leave It to Beaver Valley Jugglers and the Quaker Valley Middle School Juggling Club, will run Friday Nov. 7, from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a show at 6:30 p.m.
The venue is Quaker Valley Middle School, 201 Graham Street, Sewickley, Pa.
The fest and show are free, although we will be seeking donations to help cover festival costs. It will feature lots of open juggling, games, unicycling, videos and raffles.
Sewickley is a quaint, historic suburb of Pittsburgh with lots of interesting shops and restaurants. If you have nonjugglers traveling with you and they want to do more than shop and eat in Sewickley, they can visit the Andy Warhol Museum, the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh or the Carnegie Science Center while you juggle. All three museums are within a half-hour's drive from Quaker Valley Middle School.
