i though id say hi



just a little about me =] this is the first time ive been on this site in about 2 years. i used to do fire poi when i was 15/16 and done it for about 7 months but my interest in it slowly died because i never had anyone to practice with or anywhere to practice with out getting hassled. well today i woke up and discovered that my tv was broken so i couldn't play my xbox .. i was devastated. known that i had nothing to do all day i started walking about my house looking for something to do and this is when i found my old practice poi, i had totally forgotten all about them, i couldn't resist i just had to go spin them , after about a hour of playin about with them i had remembered all the basic stuff from before and started looking at new stuff i could learn, then i remembered about this site and the free gif lessons, but oh no when i logged on they were video lessons. i was delighted to see 25 frames per second instead of Gif's :P haha so that is my story



i love this site and cant believe i forgot about it i should be ashamed of myself



im going to order a new set of practice poi, and get right back into poi again. any suggestion for what ones i should get? i was looking at the colecord stuff it looks awesome, because ive been playing with old nylon strings ones all day, its really uncomfortable
