Occupation(s):front desk receptionist at viva day spa; lover of all things creative and on fire.
Favorite Food(s): i really love avacado. and cheese!
Favorite Color(s): dark brown... like good dark chocolate.
Toys:socks with softballs in em, and a pair of LED poi from good ole homeofpoi. and prismacolor pencils and paints occasionally. soon i want to get my hands on some lye and make some homemade soap.
Hobbies other than the obvious: i love movies. if it was financially viable, i would love to work at a movie store for the rest of my life.
Education: high school, at the moment. i'm planning on going to community college soon.
Favorite Book(s): fight club (and anything else by Chuck Palahniuk), ishmael (and anything by daniel quinn), etc etc. i love reading.
Favorite Movie(s):oh my.. i could go all day : )
Favorite TV show(s):the wire, weeds, how i met your mother, oz, absolutely fabulous, aqua teen hungerforce, and more... all on dvd.
Plans for life in general:i want to own my own business where i make soap and other goods, and share a space with other artists and just re-enforce the idea of community in general.
Favorite Music Artists/Composers:i'm a sucker for clever lyrics, like the hiphop stylings of sage francis and aesop rock. right now though, i'm really enjoying the acoustic sounds of iron and wine and kimya dawson. i also like the sounds of johnny cash and june carter. i really listen to everything, except what's generally played on the radio. if it has soul, and can make you move in some form or fashion, i'm down.
Favorite ice cream flavor(s): i'm not so much a fan of ice cream, but have you heard of innocent chocolates? they are my weakness!
What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow?:

Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why?
star wars destroyer.
i'm pretty sure godzilla breathes oxygen.
Do you think these pants make my butt look too big?

Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella?*: based on idea alone, i would have to say nutella. i have never had any of them, though. nutella just seems like a more acceptable consistency as far as my palette is concerned

i honestly haven't heard much of the other def jux peeps.
though the new del album was produced by them, and it's pretty bad ass, so i definitely respect the label.

i havent heard the new del album, but the single that came out about the same time i thought was really weak and average, not sure if that track was on the album

ahaha yeah... the government seems to think so, too. it's impossible to buy lye in the store now-a-days. you have to get it offline, and sign a waiver that you're only going to use it for what you say you're going to use it for.
