Have been attempting poi for years, I learnt it in Australia but I never got too good. Starting with the staff about a year ago and then glow staffing in Oct - i lurrrve it! Yeah! I aint brilliant yet but I'm getting there (I hope)-- anyone who wants to meet, show me some moves and maybe teach me to ride a unicycle would of course be rewarded with cups of tea and endless jaffa cakes. wizzo!

Hiya!

Welcome to HoP!
May I suggest you fill out the template, we're all really nosy, and if you tell us what we need to know at the start, we probably won't go rummaging through your bins too much.

There are several meets in Manchester, if you have a look through the 'Events, Performances and Gatherings' section, there's often a few people there with unicycles, and everyone can be bribed with tea and jaffa cakes.

Have fun! ubbrollsmile

THE MEEK WILL INHERIT THE EARTH!

If that's okay with you?

hey alice

welcome to hop

you dont need to be brilliant to join hop, but if you spend time on here and goto some of the meets you'll get alot better very quickly

there is a regular manchester meet, the next one i think is the 13th which at the moment takes place at castlefield
the manc meet thread is here [Old link]

dont get overwhelmed when you see threads with 100's of pages, generally you can find the info you need on the last page

come along and we'll be happy to show you new stuff, theres a cpl of unicyclists that regularly attend

tea and jaffa cakes would be greatly received smile

enjoy exploring hop, theres more here than you can ever imagine, amazing people with a wealth of knowledge (easily accessed through the search button)

have fun,and see you at a manc meet
