Posted: Works better for a rope dart than a poi. LEgs right togehter, spin the dart behind your back anticlockwise when the dart is pointing downward push your posterior out and let the rope wrap around it slightly and then slide off. Anybody else tried that? Or did I invent it?

Posted: A BUMWRAP? Hee-haw. Okay, I know you posted this a year ago, but I was searching the forums and happened across your post. My bf does a bit of rope dart, thank you for that brilliant contribution. I'm telling him all about it directly.
