https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salmiakki_Koskenkorva

They started selling this stuff on 1st of january in 1993. They stopped selling it on 9th of march same year due to massive amount of alcohol poisonings especially by teens. They had sold 383 000 litres of it in just 2 months. In a country of 5 million people. Imagine that.. whahah!

The Salmiakki koskenkorva returned to the market in 1995 with less alcohol in it.

It's dangerous stuff. I'm not promoting.. Just bringing a bottle or two to friends abroad every now and then. Goes in the category of the most finnish things on earth. Like sauna and the sauna whisk. Like swimming in frozen lakes. And proper rye bread. Like killing your whole family before killing yourself. It's a cultural thing.

Yeah.. Usually it's kill yourself first then the family.. But unfortunately men got it the wrong way too often in this god forsaken country..

The shoulder is fine thank you for asking. Almost fully operational. Nothing that fysiotherapy and massage couldn't fix. I should've done that earlier and skipped busking in Galway etc..

Which brings me to the lip.. It's fine also. The cut did leave a small scar but you know what they say about them so..

I think you'll like our COL video. It's sorta like... ahh.. see for yourself..!

The winter season is coming.. back to performing in below zero.. waaah.. can't take it anymore.

Take care all.

Antti, are you coming to join us in Thailand for January and February?Come On!

I ,too, can not stand the dark and the cold, but knowing I can escape in a few months helps a lot.... ( Not that it is as dramatic here as Finland, but I am a bit of a wuss that way!)

Uhm, dare I ask what people say about scars? wink

Thanks for the comments.. I like our vid also.. I think it gives a good picture of the style and energy of an RHD performance. I just wish some of the video material would've been better. Mostly meaning the high throw passing going out the picture.. And ofcourse I did the video on the last night possible..

Antti, I really loved watching you guys. The "love letter" aspect was so personal and touching, and set such a posative note for the whole thing. I think I enjoyed your video most cause you came across as real people, individual in character--as well as really amazingly talented professional performers. Other videos ( on COL) that focussed on just skill, or flashy filming, left me a little cold. Yours really stood out,a balance of everything; warm, inspiring and all round lovely.
Thank you!
xoxo
