Why not... Look in the Poi Moves section!
Lots of good stuff in there, or get one of the books from the shop here, or go to your local poi meet! Then, post an introduction thread, people start chatting to you, and your soul will be ours!!!!!

Staff moves section?
If you want to develop beyond the basics, i heartily recommend looking in the events and performances section, having a dig around, and going to a meet near you! If you learn from the jedi's you will be doing stuff that you find more original in no time!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'v dun', that you've already done the free staff lessons maybe?
Anyway, have a read through the threads that are in [Old link]?
There's alot to read and you'll doubtless get some inspiration somewhere through reading it.
