any help and advice people????
some one i know is off to canada for a few months and would like to know if there is a rave scene, the in's and out's of setting up parties etc.
i've heard about the rave act over there but need some official info to relay to him, i don't want him getting arrested or anything

canada is kinda HUGE. try being more specific and you might get an answer. every city has something different going on.
