... beating they are getting from the poi.

hi there, im Georgia and i have been doing poi since last september - i can do basic stuff, i have been attempting the 5 beat poi move lately and i suck so bad. there is no way id get my head around it, ive been reading some of the tips and stuff and it all goes in one ear and out the other.

I have just mastered the over head mexican wave with the back butterfly .. forget what the sequence is called, but its pretty neat.

can you do the poi moves backwards or is it just me? i think everything i do is opposite to what i see on here and what i have seen other people do.

got to get back to it
